Iron Neck Pro Bundle

The Iron Neck Pro is our most popular model and combines the best features from the Starter and Varsity models, making it the ideal choice for rehabilitation, reducing injury risk, and strength training applications. The variable friction dial works similar to a brake in a spinning bike, allowing you to adjust the amount of friction applied and take complete control over your training. Start friction-free to focus on form and proper biomechanics, then as you get stronger and more comfortable with the system, you can increase the friction to bust through training plateaus and accelerate strength gains.

Every Iron Neck Pro comes with a 3-pack of interchangeable front pads and is equipped with AirFit technology to inflate the rear pad, allowing for a snug, custom fit for every head size and shape. It also includes a 25 lb resistance band, a Tri Clip Door Belt, a Safe Lock Door Anchor, an EZ Cinch Anchor, and a Skull Cap for extra comfort and sanitation. Our bands are cloth-wrapped for added durability and safety, resting at 3 feet in length and able to stretch to 9 feet for maximum tension. High quality steel carabiners on each end provide a strong, secure connection to any of your three anchor options, allowing you to train at home or on the go.
