RETURN POLICY


We strive for 100% satisfaction with every product you purchase from our online store.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your product for an item of equivalent value or return for a gift card of equivalent value within 14 days of order delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. These items include:

  • FAKTRx soft tissue creme
  • Chinagel Products
  • Dynamic Tape Products
  • FAKTR clothing items, houseware and signage
  • FAKTR office artwork
  • Books
  • FAKTR floss
  • FAKTR floss XL
  • FAKTR power bands
  • FAKTR booty bands

Additional non-returnable items include: 

  • Gift cards

Be sure to include your order number, the name, number, email address and shipping address of the purchaser and a photo of the item you'd like to return with the reason you're requesting a return.

Return Requests due to defect:

If you need to return or replace an item due to a defect, we will replace the product and cover the cost of shipping.  Simply include an explanation of the defect in your email request along with a photo showing the defect and we will email you a postage paid return label.  Once we receive notice from the shipping company that the return package is in transit, we will ship out a replacement product to your shipping address.

Return Requests due to damage in shipment:

If you need to return or replace an item due to the item being damaged during shipment, we will replace the product and cover the cost of shipping.  Simply include an explanation of the damage that the product encountered in shipment in your email request along with a photo showing the damage and we will email you a postage paid return label.  Once we receive notice from the shipping company that the return package is in transit, we will ship out a replacement product to your shipping address and file a claim with the appropriate shipping provider.

Please note: If you request a replacement item, you MAY NOT file a claim with the shipping provider.

Processing of Returns and Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  You will then need to confirm if you would like to receive a replacement item of equivalent value or a gift card for a future purchase.  Upon your confirmation, we will ship the replacement item to your confirmed shipping address or will issue an electronic gift card directly to your email.  Gift cards that are issued due to item returns or replacement have no expiration date and can be in-whole or in-part and used immediately upon receipt.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued to your email address.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an electronic gift card to the purchaser's email address and they can forward to you if they choose.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you have received a shipping label directly from us when you return an item due to defect or damage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $50, we recommend that you utilize FEDEX or UPS. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item regardless of the shipping provider you utilize.
