Shipping Policy
All orders are processed on the next business day when orders are placed before 12pm CST. Orders placed on Fridays or US shipping holidays are processed within 2-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping for purchases over $200 for domestic shipping within the USA.
International Shipping Rates
We offer international shipping to several countries around the globe. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
VAT, Import Taxes or any additional fees imposed by your Country of Residence are to be paid by the recipient and will be invoiced directly from our shipping partner, FEDEX.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@faktrshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Our team will notify you by email if we experience any issues when processing your order for the shipping address you provided.
