Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is arguably the most important biometric and until recently it was not accessible outside of hospitals or without the use very expensive equipment.  Thanks to advances in technology we can now easily and affordably use HRV to help guide patient care, open the door to deeper patient insights & connections and help our patients take self-responsibility and care outcomes to the next level.

Participants of this course can expect to learn the basics of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and go a bit further. We will cover everything from the basics of what HRV is and some of the various associated metrics. We will see the science behind HRV and more. Participants will see how to administer HRV readings, learn general interpretation of HRV, and learn general application of HRV in clinical practice. Participants will leave this course with a healthy understanding of HRV and how it may benefit their patients and their practice.
